Responsibilities:
1.First and foremost, be accountable for advertiser success.
2.Serve as primary point of contact for designated advertiser accounts.
3.Manage multiple accounts, monitor and analyze performance data to meet ROI targets, troubleshoot, and add value to each and every client's business.
4.Organize and coordinate communication between all involved parties, internal and external.
5.Communicate Taptica's technological advantages to advertisers to enhance and increase their spend with the Company.
6.Articulate and contribute to the development of new opportunities allowing for growth of new and existing advertiser relationships.
Requirements:
1.Fluent in English and Chinese nationality.
2.2-3 years'experience in an account management or customer service role.
3.Strong track record of completing a large volume of tasks on time and on target.
4.Strong attention to detail dealing with large amounts of data and information.
5.Strong Excel skills.
6.Strong communication skills.
7.Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural environment.
8.High motivation and dedication with a proactive approach.
9.Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a goal-oriented approach.
